    Naimul Kader is an alumnus of North South University School of Business & Economics with major in Marketing. He is the Founder & CEO of
    Fly High Career Guidelines, a startup career consultancy firm founded in August 2014 with a vision to help the job seekers and young entrepreneurs' professional skills development.

    Since its inception, the organization has coached more than 1500+ students in building their soft skills, preparing them for job interviews, formatting their CVs and cover letters, improving their communication and negotiation skills and so on.

    We have our country offices in VIETNAM and UAE who are in charge to secure the best quarry available which is suitable for different projects. We select our supplying quarries through rigorous inspection of production capacity, production equipment, quality control regime, quality, and quantity of reserve, loading logistics and proven past performance.

    After such careful selection of our suppliers, we buy the aggregate from suppliers on FOB basis and transport it to Chittagong/Mongla/Payra by vessels chartered by our own group shipping company, SEA KING SHIPPING, BVI. A group of experienced people who dedicatedly works for this company fix mother vessel for Peakward, which brings down the operation overhead time. With such expertise of in-house, Peakward can do shipments in a very short time frame.

    Once our vessels arrive in Chittagong, we discharge the cargo on to our own fleet of barges and carry it to the river discharging point closest to our buyer project site from where the cargo is finally trucked to buyers’ project site.

    By this seamless process control from the quarry-selection to load-port to buyers’ project site under one management helps us to cut cost and remain competitive in the market.

    • Develop and implement a regional brand and marketing strategy that delivers measurable and sustained results for Peakward Bangladesh Ltd., while also contributing to Peakward’s global brand strategy and positioning.

    Sajeed and Naimul were classmates together at North South University. Later on both of them joined together at Nestlé PD Team and has executed several projects together.
