Fly High Career Guidelines, a startup career consultancy firm founded in August 2014 with a vision to help the job seekers and young entrepreneurs with all the professional development skills required in order to foster in one's career.
Since its inception, the organization has coached more than 600+ students in building their soft skills, preparing them for job interviews, formatting their CVs and cover letters, improving their communication and negotiation skills and so on.

Apart from entrepreneurship, he is currently pursuing his career in a leading multinational, Nutrition, Health and Wellness Company.
He has been previously affiliated with organizations such as Young Economists’ Forum, Teach For Bangladesh, Yunus Centre, Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs, NSU Finance Club, Don Sumdany Facilitation & Consultancy, South Asian Youth Society and many more.

Startup Weekend is a global grassroots movement of active and empowered entrepreneurs who are learning the basics of founding startups and launching successful ventures. It is the largest community of passionate entrepreneurs with almost 3000 past events in over 150 countries around the world in 2017.
The event was held at GP House, Bashundhara where anyone was welcome to pitch their startup idea and receive feedback from their peers. Teams organically form around the top ideas (as determined by popular vote) and then it’s a 54-hour frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. The weekends culminate with presentations in front of local entrepreneurial leaders with another opportunity for critical feedback.

Syed Hassan is Naimul's one of the favorite mentors. He admires Syed a lot.
Riasat Amir was one of the faculties of Naimul at North South University. He taught International Marketing and was very friendly.
Naimul found Saqiful Alam very inspiring. Saqiful advised Naimul in several occasions regarding his start up firm.

Saori evaluated Naimul when he participated in a competition. Saori was very patient and supportive towards Naimul and tried her best to guide Naimul so that he can do better in future.
David worked with Naimul is certain confidential research projects. Both David and Naimul exchanged their knowledge and expertise for mutual benefits.
Shazeeb is more like a senior brother to Naimul. He was also one of the speakers in an event organized by Naimul's startup firm.
Shahana is a professional with excellent communication skills and influencial power. She was also a speaker in an event hosted by Naimul's startup firm.
Ashequr was a participant in an event organized by Naimul's startup firm. Later on, both of them worked collaboratively and executed various projects.
Taksim is like a senior brother to Naimul. He was a true mentor to Naimul at all times.
Sakib works with Scientific Affairs team at Nestle Nutrition. Sakib is senior to Naimul and is very cooperative.
Sadia is Namul's colleague at Nestle Nutrition. Sadia is a very cheerful person and pleasant to work with.
Fuad and Naimul studied together at North South University. Later on they became colleague at Nestlé. Fuad is a strategic thinker and Naimul appreciates his out of the box ideas.
Sajeed and Naimul were classmates together at North South University. Later on both of them joined together at Nestlé PD Team and has executed several projects together.
Naimul and Bijoy worked together at Nestlé for the Project: Commencement of the Year Meet 2017.
Both Ruhana and Naimul were classmates together. Ruhana is very sincere as a person and Naimul appreciates her for that.
